About me
I’m Monique Vadnjal, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in metabolic health and sustainable weight management. For the past 8 years, I have worked in the Bariatric Surgery space as a Bariatric Dietitian supporting people beyond the early post-operative phase. I work primarily with clients 1+ years after bariatric surgery who are struggling with weight regain, ongoing weight loss pressure, or metabolic challenges. I also support individuals with weight concerns, use of GLP-1 medications and those navigating hormonal conditions such as insulin resistance, PCOS, perimenopause, plus more—always with a focus on balance, sustainability, and long-term weight stability rather than extremes.
I believe nutrition advice should be practical, personalised and evidence-based. My goal is to help clients improve their relationship with food while building habits that support long-term health.
